Information about the data and documents used to handle your ASISA Health Students application.

Information the form may collect
Email, phone, country context, where the application will be submitted, consulate, number of people, identification details needed to prepare the application, and copies of passports and the first person’s admission letter. Each insured person is asked whether they have a medical condition and, if so, for a brief explanation. For an insured minor, the legal guardian’s information and passport will also be requested.
Purpose and recipients
We use the information to receive your request and prepare the requested application with ASISA. Séfora receives the answers and documents at info@movespainvisa.com. Hostinger hosts the website and private temporary queue; Resend transmits the internal email with attachments and the applicant acknowledgement. ASISA is responsible for its own processing for the insurance relationship. Resend stores data in the United States under its data processing agreement and international transfer mechanisms; the sending region does not determine storage location.
Legal basis and documents
Contact and identification details are used to handle the application you request. Health answers require separate explicit consent. You must be authorised to provide information about other people and to act as their representative where applicable. Before submission, details and files stay in tab memory and are not saved in sessionStorage. Confirming submission transfers them to the server; they are cleared from the form after a reference is received. You can request withdrawal of consent by emailing info@movespainvisa.com.
Retention and security
Pending information and documents are encrypted in a private hosting directory for an operational maximum of 72 hours, solely for delivery and retries. They are deleted from the server when both emails are accepted or when expiry is processed by automatic maintenance. A technical reference and delivery states, without names, documents or answers, are kept for seven days to prevent duplicates. Emails and attachments already sent follow the policies of the receiving mailbox and Resend; Resend currently states a general 30-day retention for email and log data. Those copies are separate from this website’s temporary queue. Files are not made available at public URLs or stored in the repository.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Contact info@movespainvisa.com to exercise your rights.
